Frequently Asked Questions
Are my seats side by side?
Our ticketing system automatically allocates seats next to each other. It will then indicate the nature of the reserved seats: contiguous or non-contiguous seats, armchair, tip-up seats, row, orchestra, balcony, unnumbered seats...
For example: Seats: Orchestra - Row 19 - Seat 11 / Orchestra - Row 19 - Seat 12 - CONTIGUOUS SEATS.
If there are not enough contiguous seats left to fulfill your order, you will be informed during the booking phase by the following message "NON-CONTIGUOUS SEATS" and you will be asked to confirm that you have acknowledged this non-contiguity.
How does automatic seat assignment work?
Your reservation is made in real-time on ticketing servers with algorithmic assignment of the best available seat.
Seat selection on a map is available for larger events with numbered seats.
Our ticketing system informs you in real-time about ticket availability when you place your order, based on the chosen category and date.
If seats are unavailable in the requested category or on the requested date, our server automatically suggests the best remaining seats in other categories or on other dates.
What payment methods are accepted?
Depending on the events and the booking deadline, you can pay for your orders by credit card or Zorevent gift card, as well as Klarna.
If you book your tickets from your mobile, payment by Apple Pay may also be offered.
Please note: depending on your chosen collection method, certain payment methods may not be available. For in-store collection, for example, only credit card payment will be available.
The accepted payment methods for the booked event are specified when you place your order.
Are cameras and camcorders allowed?
Professional cameras (considered as having detachable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly prohibited. Personal cameras and smartphone cameras are permitted.
